Sure, there is actually nothing more beautiful for the skin than to be pampered with the professional with an extensive beauty treatment. But anyone who wants to transform his own home into a small home spa and to face DIY face masks, should definitely know this new trick. Because the mixture of honey, avocado, bananas and other ingredients you already have and which are great for a supple skin is easy and not really big news. That one should heat the finished face mask however, is new.
DIY face masks: That's why you should heat them
The reason why one should first heat the self-mixed texture in the microwave or a pot on the stove, however, is conceivably simple. If the facial skin is warm or is heated by a mixture, the pores open and thus absorb the nutrients better. Therefore, when using face masks, it is generally recommended to apply them directly after the shower or bath. Then the skin is still warm and absorbent by the moisture.
However, if you do not want to go under the shower to make the most of the beauty products, warm DIY masks are the ideal alternative. All you have to do for it: Mix as usual all the ingredients and place them in the microwave for a short time or heat them in a pot on the stove.
You do not have a recipe yet? We recommend a mixture of old coffee set and honey (with a ratio of 4: 1). The honey has an anti-inflammatory effect and makes the skin soft, and the coffee provides a gentle peeling effect.
