The top 3 shoes for spring / summer 2017

Fashion is throwing its shadows ahead: the fashion weeks and shoemakers have seen the fashion trends for the current spring / summer season 2017 months ago. We have looked around for you at the shows in  , London, Milan, New York and Paris, and what summer shoals await us in 2017 next to sneakers, sandals, pumps, slippers, slippers, espadrilles and slippers.
Here are our top 3 most important trend lessons for the coming season:

Trend 1: Kitten Heels

The trend of flat, comfortable shoes is still in 2017 still hip. Sandals, loafers and ballerinas were on the catwalks. All those who want a more elegance for their feet and want to take the trend anyway, are taking advantage of this alternative: trend shoes with a small and thin heel, the so-called  Kitten Heels . They are comfortable and still look chic. Whether with straps or closed - this shoe conjures up to a few centimeters maximum radiance.

Trend 2: Mules and Babouches

Already in the summer of 2016 were comfortable shoes for hatching totally en vogue. Whether stylish mules or cool babouches - the slipper and slipper trend is also a must for your feet in 2017. Whether you're looking for a frayed jeans, a lacquer skirt or a skinny pair of pants, you'll always look super stylish and comfortable.

Trend 3: Silver-colored shoes

In the coming season, our shoes shine in silver. However, other metallic colors such as gold or copper also come out quite big. The look is super casual to a jeans style. It is certain that you are sure of a brilliant performance, and with every shoe model you like. Whether sneakers, lace-ups, sandals, shoes with plaid as well as pumps - the trend shoes come in metallic glossy trend colors.

As soon as the temperatures become summery again and the short pants season is up, the legs move back into the field of view. It means being prepared. Plays with our 30 day leg challenge and tightens your legs. Jumping squats for thighs and buttocks Squats, to German squats, are the absolute must-do for tight thighs and a crispy butt. Obviously, such an exercise must not be missed in a leg challenge, so we have picked out a super-effective variant in which the calves are also addressed. Here's how: Just get up, your feet are about shoulder-width apart. In order to spare your back and keep your upper body in good shape, your belly is taut. Lower your buttocks backwards as if you were going to sit down. Then you jump to the top. You can help with the arms and get some momentum (be careful not to bother your head). If this is too strenuous, or who has knee problems, shoul...

With this trick, you can find lost things again in no time

Remember the moment before the loss Go to structure the paths you have just gone. Where were you last? If the object has been lost for some time, then you have to think about the corner and not only look at the surroundings superficially. So: try to reconstruct the moment of the loss and thus also the place.

Do what you love!

In reference to the article on Facebook, I wrote that this year I have made it my job to read a book every week and you are the beneficiaries of this project because of my reading, of course, many books on the subject of independence. The first comment that followed on my posting was the demand as I create the time because and if I use apps like  Blinkist  .  For all those who do not know Blinkist: This app is an app that summarizes more than 1,500 technical books in short texts.  For the reading of these texts one does not usually need more than 15 minutes.  You can also listen to them. My answer to the question was: No, I'm not using blinkers, but I actually read the books completely.  For this I mainly use the time before bedtime.  One or two hours are left to me every day, depending on how exciting the book is and whether it is difficult for me to put the book out of my hand. But I also cover waiting times, bus or train rides by reading book...
