Nothing is so frustrating as the daily step on the scale and the constant number on the display. But even though you eat healthy and do a lot of sports, the weight simply does not decrease? Then this has perhaps one of these reasons:
1. You have too much stress
Occupational stress, relationship stress, or financial stress can actually have a negative effect on your diet and inhibit your abortion. The stress hormone "cortisol" caused by too much stress causes muscular degradation, impairs insulin resistance and promotes fat deposits.
2. They are too impatient
Some people burn body fat like in flight, other people need months to make a change noticeable. In a drastic dietary change, the body needs time to acclimate itself. So be patient.
3. They sleep too little
Chronic sleep deficiency also releases the stress hormone "cortisol. As already mentioned, the hormone inhibits fat burning. Experts recommend sleeping at least seven to eight hours of sleep during the night so that the body is optimally prepared for a weight reduction.
4. You build muscles
It's good! When you make more sport, you build muscle and your bones condense. This, of course, increases your weight. Our tip: Look at the growing abdominal muscles rather than on the display of the scale.
5. They make too much sport
Sport does not help you lose weight - but you should not exaggerate it. For example, if your heart rate is over 75 percent for an extended period of time, your body starts to produce glycogen, which causes your body to cry for more sugar. Then you will overcome the evil hot-hunger, the absolute archenemy of every diet.
