Do you often lose your nerves as a mama? Try it with the hairband trick!

In order not to explode so often before the children, a mother from the USA has devised the Haarband method. The simple idea became a hit on the net.

The child's little brother. The child refuses to go. The child is dizzy. The child runs into the street without looking. The child throws with dishes, although it has already been said "a hundred times" that this is forbidden. Etc.
There are countless situations in the family day, which bring us to the rest. Especially if ten of them happen directly behind each other. Then he is simply by some, the mama-patience. And we roar.
You know that.
Actually, however, we would rather stay cool and patiently explain to the child what to do differently. For, basically , we know that children squeal very rarely, and that the reasons for defiance are often completely different .

But how do you get it to stay cool?

Shauna Harvey, a blogger and mother of a four-year-old child from the USA, has devised an interesting method to control herself and her anger: the Haarband method.
In a post on Facebook , she explains what is behind it:
"Every morning after getting up, I take 5 hairballs across my wrist and wear them until I go to sleep. These 5 hairbars stand for the moments when you lose your patience or say something ugly to your child, every time that happens You have 5 positive things to do with your child (dancing together, singing a song, reading a book together, etc.) to get the hairbands back,
Shauna Harvey also explains how she came to this method.
"I've read about studies that you need five positive actions to get a positive relationship after a bad action."

The head hewn with rage on the wall

Shauna wants to go through the Haarband exchange until it becomes a daily routine. And she already has success:
"I've often been so incredibly angry, I've already banged my head against the wall, because I could not understand why my four-year-old is so disrespectful and never listens, I've often cried daily, and today I finished the day with all 5 Hairbands on the original wrist, I'm very proud of myself that I've improved my patience with him. "
To her surprise, Shauna's Haarband method became a hit in the net. Almost 12,000 Likes has their post on Facebook already.

How to become a plus-size woman at bikini sizes can despair

The shopping of bikinis - beyond a dress size of 36 - often offers conflict potential. Plus-Size-Blogger Aliss shows on Instagram the entire bikini truth. We all know this: there you are in the locker room and is frustrated. Nothing sits as it should be. And if we suddenly have to reach a 40 instead of a clothes size 38, then the day has run almost. The shopping of bikinis offers there even more pitfalls.

Equality in the household? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that!

You're just getting started with your boyfriend, but the first feeling of happiness about it has already cleared up in the air, because he has his socks lying everywhere or does not realize that the garbage is not just like magic hand alone? Budget is always a vexing issue that makes the first common living a rehearsal for the relationship. At the same time, equality could be regarded as a norm in the meantime. We raffle five Leifheit window cleaners Dry & Clean, so that the cleaning is at least a little faster. However, a recent study by Forsa on behalf of the household expert Leifheit shows that in 2017, too, housework will remain largely dependent on women. 57 per cent of all women confirm that they do their own work exclusively or mainly. Only one per cent of women say that the man is mainly concerned with the household. Thus, there is still no equality in the household However, at least in theory, both sexes agree that housework should be distributed equally - a total of 8...
